Dairy and Food Engineering Laboratory

The major attraction of machineries in the laboratory is Mini milk processing plant, Bottle Filling Machine, Freeze Dryer, Cream Separator. The major equipment available in the laboratory are Milk Scanner, Water activity meter, IR moisture analyzer, Viscosity meter, Humidity meter and Air velocity meter. Dairy and Food Engineering Laboratory equipment. Agricultural engineering technology provides training in engineering and agriculture, preparing students to solve problems related to agricultural production and processing systems and the management and conservation of agricultural land and water resources.

Agricultural Engineering can be divided into six major areas of specializations, namely: Farm Power and Machinery Engineering, Soil and Water Engineering, Processing or Post Harvest Systems Engineering, Farm Structures and Environmental Control Engineering, Forestry and Wood Product Engineering and Food Engineering.
